Motivation Works Better Together
What motivates students to engage deeply in their learning? What motivates teachers to keep growing in their teaching practice?
This one-day international conference explores motivation in higher education from two essential perspectives:
– How we can design learning environments that foster student motivation
– And how we can support and inspire teachers in developing their pedagogical competences
Registration is open — secure your place today!
The full conference programme will be published soon — but here’s a glimpse of what to look forward to!
Join us for a day of inspiring keynote talks, engaging panel discussions, hands-on workshops, and meaningful networking opportunities. Together, we’ll explore how community, collaboration, and shared experience can help make motivation more lasting and meaningful — for both students and educators.
We’re also delighted to announce the confirmed participation of these internationally respected experts in higher education:
- Geir Gunnlaugsson (University of Uppsala) – Educational developer with expertise in academic development and faculty support
- Kerrie Kephart (University of Maryland, Baltimore County) – Director of a faculty development centre with a strong focus on learning communities and collaborative teaching practice
