Beyond the Syllabus: Building Curriculum with Intention
We are pleased to invite you to the 4th Paedagogium Platform Conference, dedicated to curriculum design.
This year’s conference will explore how curricula can be designed with greater intention – from making evidence-informed curriculum decisions and defining future-oriented competencies to fostering collaboration in curriculum development and translating curriculum ideas into educational practice.
The programme will feature keynote contributions from Irma Meijerman (Irma Meijerman Consultancy & Training, the Netherlands), Ulf-Daniel Ehlers (DHBW Karlsruhe, Germany), and Nuria LĂłpez (Copenhagen Business School, Denmark), alongside a panel discussion, interactive workshops, and presentations sharing practical experiences and lessons learned from curriculum development.

Date and venue:
The conference will take place on 11 November 2026 as a hybrid event with online livestream. This event will combine in-person attendance (maximum capacity of 100 people) with the possibility of distance participation. The conference will be held in the premises of Charles University Karolinum (OvocnĂ˝ trh 560/5, Praha 1, 116-36).
